CANCELLATION POLICY In the event of cancelling a reservation, OMEGA RESORTS S.L. will reimburse the guest the amount paid as a deposit, but will retain the following as a cancellation fee: a) 5% of said deposit if the booking is cancelled more than fifteen days before the original arrival date. b) 50% if the booking is cancelled with between seven and fifteen days notice. c) 75% if the booking is cancelled with between four and six days notice. d) 100% if the booking is cancelled three or four days before arrival. Clients must notify the cancellation of a booking by e-mail or by Internet, and they must indicate how the deposit should be returned to them, if applicable. Should the client not communicate the means of reimbursement within a period of fifteen days from the date of booking cancellation, the deposit will be lost in full. EARLY DEPARTURE If the client leaves before the scheduled departure date, OMEGA RESORTS S.L. will refund the client the value of the unused stay, retaining the price of 2 nights and 30% of the value of the unused stay as compensation.
